Principal & Pastor
Dr. VanNostrand founded PBCA as a ministry of Perth Bible Church and serves as both Principal and Senior Pastor. He holds a doctorate in Christian Education and brings decades of experience in biblical discipleship and academic leadership.
Our supervisors and support staff are dedicated believers who see their work as ministry. We will be adding individual staff profiles here soon.
